When there last night got chicken Alfredo. There was just on problem there wasn't any chicken in it. I see why they're closing ... pizza huts down a lot of places. They rip you off. I'm bring it back today. if you get a pizza it's no topping on it. It just bread. I'm not letting them get away with it this time. They're going to give me my money back. Read more

Starting with the order, the associate was friendly and willing to help. I was given options to save a few dollars by joining a... rewards program and got my pizza half price. Has to be a regular priced item. Order didn't take long and it was brought out tomy vehicle. I enjoyed it as it was good. Read more

Our pizza didn?t match up. It wasn?t circular and it was like they took random slices of pizza from other pizzas and threw it in... the box. They had two little pieces of beef on a random slice of pizza (Right slice). We got a mushroom and ham thin crustpizza. Everything looked like it was just tossed in there. One of the pieces of beef was eaten by someone so one is missing. Itfeels like I ordered pizza from chuckecheese. This is ridiculous. Read more

We used to get at this location on Union all the time, then we started ordering more at other places. Yesterday, I ordered a... large meat lovers and a medium pepperoni pizza at the Union location. Pizza was not fresh, dough appeared to be soggy, notenough toppings on both pizzas and not cut well. Whoever owns this location needs to do some serious work on it. The employees are professional and courteous, yet friendly enough to make you feel welcomed and appreciated. And as always, the... pizza is awesome. I love that we can use the online ordering to customize each pizza to our specific desires and everything isalways as we ask. Read more

I placed an order on the evening of 8/5/21 for a Birthday party. I was contacted by a Pizza Hut employee to inform that they... only had thin crust, I told them this was fine, I was then told the order would be ready in 25 minutes. I arrived to pick upour pizza at the time promised only to be told that the order was given to another customer and they have to remake it. Ithought they had already started remaking the pizza since they realized the error, they did not. They did not call mebeforehand as they did to inform about the only crust they had available. I was not given an apology or anything. The youngman instead was eager to ask if I wanted to cancel the order. Needless to say, we had no pizza for the party. This wasterrible customer service and I will never return to this establishment. Read more
