WOW! So tonight was the total opposite of yesterday???? . The "manager" was so rude, it was pathetic! They didn't have the drink... I wanted, so I wanted a refund. Since I ordered on the kiosk, she said "there was nothing she could do", instead of just sayingshe didn't KNOW WHAT TO DO! She was "training" a new person, but it seems like the only thing she gave her a lesson in was howto be rude to the customer. Definitely not a lesson in leadership or professional courtesy. I have not eaten Taco Bell in several years. My kid was wanting to try it. I really tried to talk her out of it. So we tried it.... And she said yeah you were right dad. I'm giving it 3 stars because the people working there for work deserve at least that.They did a good job. They were friendly. And they were patient as my daughter looked over the menu. So just to be clear. The 3stars are for the employees and they really deserve 5 stars but I don't want to mislead anybody because the food is terrible. Doyourself a favor. Spend about 5 or 10 more dollars and find a real Mexican food restaurant. The time for the weight for the foodwon't be much different and it'll be so much better for you and taste way better. Got home to eat could not eat food because of them scraping the beef off to add the chicken to the taco thank God I looked first... otherwise it would be a allergic reaction and the taco shells were wet and some broken. If I'm gonna pay $11.00 for a Beef Chalupa Meal I expect there to be some meat in it. My soft Taco barely had any meat in it and... I added Sour Cream and there was none. Will not be ordering from the Opelousas LA location again. Bad part they don't answer thephone and Cashier didn't give me my receipt ???? Read more
On a road trip with my wife and we have eaten at many Taco Bell's across America. This one is by far the worst experience... ever. I'm adding photos to include the food we ordered. My wife's soda had orange residue on the rim that was obviously notfrom the Baha Blast she ordered; A Nacho Supreme that was served in a Mexican Pizza box and consisted mostly of stale, brokenpieces of chips; a XXL steak burrito that was squashed in the middle with what could only be a thumb, and either the employeeshands were dirty or the equipment was because there is an unmistakable smudge of black dirt on the turn up tortilla. Being In ahurry to get to my friends wedding on time I decided to spoon out some of the insides to satisfy my hunger to only be greetedwith crunchy, burnt stake pieces. I should have known better than order my food here by what I saw as I approached theestablishment. The brick facade was broken and falling apart, the handicapped parking sign was bent over from being hit, andthe vegetation was overgrown spilling out of its containment into the parking spaces. This Taco Bell Location is very nice inside. The staff was friendly and helpful. The dining area was clean - the condiment... area was well stocked & the food was fresh & hot. My only disappointment was they were out of Mt Dew, which seems not to be anuncommon thing at any Taco Bell. Taco Bell Mt Dew is addictive as much as the Tacos!!!! Read more
