Rude, rude, rude people working the front counter!! Not clean, counter tops dirty, putting their fingers inside of drink cups... and chili cups. They store chili cups on the counter right side up for dust and debris fall into... Not enough training and noone seems to care!!!! They just roll their eyes and ignore you! Read more
The staff is super friendly and they always get my order correct at the Opelousas Wendy's! Along with really good burgers and... breakfasts sandwiches they have really good salads! Their prices are still reasonable! Read more
Thanks Wendy's you will help me lose weight and my kids eat healthier. I am no longer eating fast food unless I see it has... 4.9999 star reviews, clean and the food is prepared in front of me. Listen I give everyone grace. I have given Wendy's so manychances but enough is enough. The straw that broke the camels back was not the the rude workers that don't like to repeatthemselves. Not the young lady hanging up on a coworker than laughing (this is things a customer should never see) Not even theguy wearing the xxl (3 times too big) visibly stained gloves to take orders on the cash register then immediately after takingthe same gloves to cross contaminate in my kids food bag. I even bit my tongue when i had Mangers roll their eyes at me becausethey forgot something in my bag. The fat lady finnally sung after my kids ate their in the 3rd week in June 2022 and 10minutes later both started throwing up. (Opelousas, LA) After they emptied their stomach they were fine. I called there anddrove all the way back and got a refund after being looked at like I was crazy. I really didn't care for the 16 dollars I wantedassurance that this wasn't something others were complaining about. They could have said something other than ok sorry aboutthat. This was a public health issue. It would not have bothered me so much if I didn't see how nasty the straw and condimentsarea, bathroom, counter, and workers were. Poor service. Pulled me up in the drive thru. Waited. In the span of approximately 15 minutes i watched 7 different vehicles... pass through while i waited. I backed my vehicle up eliminating any further vehicles from passing. At this point i literally hadto get out and argue with the Karen behind me. I ended up FINALLY getting my order. I literally seen them get my order off thecounter that had been setting a good while. So we get the food every single item was pretty much room temperature at this point,and the fries were supposed to be larges, we got the equilvant to a kids meal size in a large container.
