Just went to this location for the third time thinking this is the time they will get it right. The chicken in the chicken... sandwich is almost completely black from over cooking or old grease. Hard as a rock and not edible! Not going back to exchangesandwich. Completely done with the horribly run location. Read more

I ordered on app at 5:11pm. Got food at 5:47pm. Get to drive thru and ignored at speaker for 5 minutes, not a good even hold one... minute NOTHING. Once I'm pull to window and get ignored for few minutes they tell me to pull around. So 36 minutes to fullfilorder. ???? Literally would have been faster to walk in and order, which was a family meal. What's the app even for????. Read more
The eatery itself is a clean, neat place. Someone greeted us as we walked in and the server was friendly. My food is ordered... with no tomato nor ketchup, due to a dietary restriction on nightshade vegetables. The BKs we go to don't have any problem withthat special order. My husband usually orders "extra, extra pickle" after asking for no tomato or ketchup and seldom does theburger have any extra pickle, only two. ???? Read more
Just visited this burger king here in Opp Alabama, and it was one of the worse I seen. The store looked abandon when we walked... in. Not clean at all. When someone did come to the counter, the guy was not that friendly. The food was not that good. Weordered French toast and bacon. Both was cold and believe they had been sitting awhile. Even the drink machine was tore up andwas fixed in the back by someone elses hands. With this COVID-19 at hand, that is a fearful thought. Machine that prints thereceipt was even tore up as well. If we was not in a hurry, would have returned it all for a refund and walked away. Read more
