Friendly and helpful service, got a medium creme brulee iced coffee for $3.75. Nothing special, it?s just vanilla+caramel iced... coffee so it?s like McDonald?s and not strong. I wish I got the espresso version. Only thing is pricing was kinda confusing ornot updated on the in person vs online menus. One said $3 and another said $3.25 for iced coffee. Today I had a bad experience at this location, honestly I fell left out, I was waiting for my order for more than 20 minutes,... orders after mine where called by the second, and mine was never ready, it was just a sandwich. I kinda felt discriminated, andthe other persons were nurses, business people, etc. I'm just a regular person, I had gone to the bank and wanted to try theirfood, it looked good. Before ordering I heard the cashier telling the other girl, we need to make sure to have their food fast,most of them only take 30 mins lunch. I told myself, hey, that is good customer service, however, the outcome was different, Iunderstand the process, all I'm saying is they need to treat everyone equal and don't favorite customers by their title orworking at the same building, I just wanted to share my thoughts on this, because even after requesting my refund of my orderand not getting my food, Ever, the cashier did't care for me waiting that long and gave me an excuse about it. Not only is this a nice cozy place to enjoy your breakfast and lunch but the ladies that work here are very pleasant. LINDA and... SUZY really help me decide on my selection of their smoothie bowls and found me a great substitute when they did not have theone I desired.
