I order some wings to go and I was so disappointed my wings were super salty , It literally felt like if the whole salt just... fell on top of it! It breaks my heart to give BWW a one star. Their food is amazing unless they get your order wrong on several occasions. Lately... I been ordering door dash here and I have to say the disappointment continues. It didn't matter if I order as I dine in,cashier or doordash my order is always wrong. So I went there to have enjoyable night. But ended up not so Much. I ordered my wings but it took nearly 40 minutes to come. ... And my Chips and salsa took 25 minutes with small salsa and tone of Chips and nobody came to check on me. Not single personuntil I was done eating. The worse part ? Two people who came after me they got their orders faster and one took only 7 andhalf minutes. And people were so nice to and checked on them every second them and friendly. This isn?t right Guys. This was the location at the Outlets at Orange. There was no wait time but only the bar area was open because the restaurant... only had one server on that morning...it made things a little difficult for the host because we needed a high chair but shemanaged, so I appreciate that. I got the lunch combo with the wings! My only issue was that the wings were kind of tough. Ithink I scratched my throat eating one the skin off of one of the traditional. I just feel like if I pay that price, theyshouldn't be so rough...but maybe it was just the time of day, who knows? The flavoring was great though! I got Mango habanero.8/10! Read more
To start off this was the best service I have ever experienced in a restaurant period. Our waitress took care of us and was very... attentive. I asked if could do the Blazin' Challenge and a manager came to our table to greet us with a smile and peppyattitude. Before the challenge other servers were wishing me goodluck which helped my confidence. After the challenge everyonewas excited and the manager gave me some ice cream and the signature headband. Terrible service. Took 20 minutes to get drinks and an hour to get food. Ordered a salad and received a head of lettuce cut in... half?? Was rarely checked on. Kept forgetting items as well. Definitely don?t recommend. I worked in the restaurant industry foryears and this was a poor excuse for service. I?ve ordered three tacos that come with fries and salsa and 2 Buffalo birds dawgs with cheese on my season's fries with ranch on... the side for take outs and almost none of that got delivered no season fries no nachos no salsa and no ranch and the proportionof the food or so small proportion of the food are so small that only took 2 bites to finish the dawgs. terrible service andterrible food wouldn?t recommend eating here.
