The new boss is not nice. She wasn?t friendly when I ordered. She thinks she?s all that. She doesn?t wear uniform which is very... unprofessional. The boss needs to step it up to act and be more professional. Read more
Horrible customer service. Elidia was very rude she refused to give me more ranch like if it was her business and she was acting... like if she was giving me free food. I couldn't believe it. What is it it with these employees who think they own the businesthey work for? Who do they think they are. She was so rude and when I tried to get her name she slammed the drive thru window.She only gave me one for my order that was for two people. My sister's also had a bad experience too. Don't recommend thisplace. Called corporate and they don't call back. I guess no more consuming Carls jr anymore. Won't go back again. Read more
Sad I have to take time for this . 40 minutes ago I ask the lady working the drivethu window about especials she said $2.70 and... she ask me if I want cheese . (Not fan of fastfood cheese) I said no . I got to the window and the lady mad of me ask try totalk to her and she mad not even turn to look at me . I just hope she have not spit on my food . What?s going on with this ppl? I don?t like fast food try today to eat fast food and all I want is to put anything in my stomach . Drive thru could not get order correct. Asked for no mayo or special sauces. Hamburger came with extra mayo. Since I can not... eat mayo my choice was to throw away a meal or actually wash the burger, lettuce, pickles, tomato and toss the bun. Read more
I ordered a beyond burger for my brother. We do not eat outside meat and never eat pork. We specified we do not want meat in our... burger multiple times. The burger had bacon in it. This is completely unacceptable and the people working here should be kept incheck. Always check your food. Read more
I was so hungry when I went here. My zucchini was hot and crunchy. My drink was cold. I ordered a big burger as a treat for my... dog and that was good..BUT my Famous star was NOT good..the meat was WAY smaller than the stale bun but the worst part was thetomato was obviously not ripe. It was yellow, very firm and sour..the burger was not very hot..just kinda warm. Kindadisappointing The good part is the other items were pretty good . I'd try it again..maybe on a different shift.. Food was hot and fresh. Customer service friendly. What I did not like is that counter where you order was filthy. Looked greasy... and handprints all over. I did not want to put my purse down on top when I had to go into my purse to pay. Dirty tables whenarrived that needed to be wiped down. Still dirty when I left. Only attempt by employee was to pick up trays. Soda station wasall wet & needed a wipe down. Fingerprints all over glass doors. I felt I did not want to touch. I was afraid to use bathroom. Idon?t think I will return. I would hate to think how filthy kitchen may be. Read more
