Typical Chick-fil-A food and experience that I've come to enjoy, and it was consistent with every other location I've been to. I... ordered my usual (2 chicken sandwiches, a large waffle fry, and a medium unsweetened iced tea, and everyone was great. Not a good Chick-fil-A, it feels the complete opposite of what you'd expect from a standard Chick-fil-A actually. The customer... service was terrible, and the employees weren't friendly at all. Specifically the one taking my order had an attitude and wasvery disrespectful. The drive thru moved so slow, felt like 15 mins. They didn't include any sauce or napkins and my sandwichwas soggy. Great food and don't USUALLY wait to long. I do order online before getting there so it's not too bad. Only reason why I gave it... a 4 was because there are times where I'm there waiting for my food and employees are just standing around not evenacknowledging people are there waiting for their orders. It has gotten a little better but once in awhile it happens. I'll seesome employees going back and forth while others are just standing around. Would recommend either way. I love chic-fil-a and every other location people are so kind and happy there. This Chick-fil-A though is the complete opposite.... Both my girlfriend and I have been treated poorly and yelled at by employees for something as simple for asking for a coupleextra sauces. When going inside to pick up my order multiple employees looked right at me and walked away. Ignoring the factthat I was there. I?ve always known Chick-fil-A to be a caring and giving restaurant but this one is not. If you ask for morethan 3 sauces they are rude and disrespectful. Also don?t even bother ordering a large fry. If you?re lucky, you?ll get your frybox filled up halfway (see photo attached). It?s just really disappointing for such a nice franchise to have this one locationbearing down their reputation. I would recommend this business to ANYONE looking to host a special event (big or small) in LA. Can't beat their prices and Jude... and Paulina are sweethearts. They were so helpful and detail oriented and helped me plan my husband's little birthdayget-together at the beach during a pandemic. I'm obsessed and I keep looking for reasons to celebrate something/someone so I canhire them again lol. Read more
