Soo I got a bowl here and the meat was cold, which is really disappointing because i ordered carnitas and all they have to do... for carnitas is warm them up in a pot, they come precooked. My rice was partially hard and the chips had no salt or lime taste.Also they said they were gonna charge me for extra rice (and the rice was hard anyway) which Is weird so I asked when thatbecame a thing, they said it's always been like that but some managers don't enforce it. Weird because I used to work forChipotle and NONE of my managers ever mentioned anything like that, maybe it's a new change or maybe they didn't enforce it, buyif you're manager is so strict that they enforce charging for extra rice, then why aren't they so strict that the food isprepared properly? This chipotle ABSOLUTELY skimps on meat portions. When asked if they could give me a bit more, they refused. Employee rushed... through making my bowl when there was no one else in line. Most likely won't be coming back to this location. Other locationsaren't this bad. Read more
