One year later I decided to write another review... They never get the order right. And we order pretty often since the kids... like it. Every time I order for myself I select "No avocado" since I'm allergic. I get everything smeared in guacamole so Ican't even scrape it off and continue eating - but there's also "special" sticker on my order!! I don't complain to the storesince I'm already at home serving my kids dinner when I discover the "guac attack". Why do you even have options if you don'trespect them, people have allergies... Overstuffed poblano quesadilla would be the bomb if only I could eat it, but since I'mallergic I can't trust my order is right even though it has a sticker. Pollo loco could be an amazing and healthy option if theycould just get the orders right. Food is okay, usually the chicken is very tough and dry, but smothered in sauces you don'tfeel it. It looks like they can't follow the order and it's either missing something or they didn't customize it like youasked. It's just quick, easy and relatively healthy option when in hurry. Read more
99% of all Pollo Loco places I visit, I give them a 5 star review because they deserve it. But . . . This is the worst Pollo... Loco I have ever bought chicken from. I bought a family meal with 16 pieces. The majority of the pieces were burned. Besides,the attendant didn't ask me if I wanted salsas. When I got home I noticed I didn't have any salsas. A big order like this shouldcome with a lot of tortillas. You have the option to replace the tortillas with chips. I ordered to replace all the tortillaswith chips. To my surprise I only got a small bag of chips. This is a great disappointment I will never go to this place again. Read more
Terrible counter help (didn?t know anything about app or my e-card purchase) and night manager that evening was very short with... me and condescending AF but hey it makes me feel like NEVER coming back to this location again? EVER! El Pollo Loco has AWESOMEchicken but not great helpful help and you can quote me on this. Pic summited today was from a previous day I was able to use acouple and to get what I actually came for but on the other evening I left hungry and empty handed because manager was tellingme how they were closing soon and had to make the purchase online and I was trying to in his presence on their app, using theirWI-FI but their is faulty at BEST! Came to dine in twice, getting a three piece meal and the pieces were really dry, usually they would be nice and juicy except... they weren't. I guess ordering through drive through is better. Also, ordered the guac and chips and they served me some guacthat was turning dark already which wasn't appetizing so that didn't go down well. Its okay overall, sometimes they get it rightsometimes they don't. Read more
There was this man in a blue shirt watches employees clean it was very uncomfortable. The green avocado Sauce was too watery.... It was the only thing I look forward to. Disappointing. But the Place is Super Clean. And friendly too. Read more
