So many times I've gotten home only to realize They forgot a sandwich or side. I've called to complain and ask for replace food... but I've never gotten a call back. I did get an email once asking if I'd been contacted, I replied no, and that was the last ofthat conversation. Sometimes they closed unexpectedly (supposed to be 24hs) the store on Chapman is close and nails it. Gothere. Read more
They are now charging for extra sauce. Understandable, but thos company is no longer a bang for your buck type of fast food... place with the price increases and no budget combos. Read more

Went today through the drive-through. The chick that took our order had snippy attitude. When we got to the window we.asked for... ranch after she handed us our order and said that they charge $.25 per ranch. I have never paid for ranch at jack in the box.Unsatisfied with this jack in the box. Read more
Drive thru service was horrid. The employee who was taking my order never acknowledged the customer and would only respond with... ?okay?. I don?t understand what kind of training they have been given but it seems lacking of common sense. This was at 1:00amby the way where there was no line and the employees were seen goofing off with each other. I would have received better servicefrom anyone else besides these ill mannered human beings. Read more
I did not like this Jack in the Box because the customer service was not good. The employee attended the drive-thru customers... more than the customers inside. I also received my food cold even though they just made it. I personally like my breakfast jackshot not cold. The dessert area was also messy and unorganized. Personally don't think that will give people a good impression. Read more
We don't always get the tacos but when we do we get it with onions inside.. You'll never go back to regular once again.. So... good. Read more
They can never hear when placing order. freeway too loud or need new headsets. Kinda frustrating.
