This TUSTIN MCDONALD'S IS MY FAVORITE. AND THEY ALWAYS GIVE US MEXICAN SALSA! NOT at all like the locations in Santa Ana. Love... this Mexican Salsa on All their food not use at breakfast time. I placed an order through the app to reward my special needs kids for getting through their first day back to school. For some... reason even though the order was sent to the right store,the payment was sent to a location in Pasadena, a city I've never evenvisited. The store manager was extremely rude, and even after showing her the notification telling me to pick it up at thislocation, that my card had been charged for the order, and pointing out that I have no control over what store the app sends mypayment to since that's a back end function, and asking for an explanation on how then they had my order on their screen if Ihadn't ordered it to that store, I was treated like I was trying to steal from them. She wouldn't even entertain the idea thatthere was an error on their end and just kept repeating "no" to everything I said. I then called and spoke to the districtmanager because, again, I had paid and couldn't help where the app sent the payment. After having to wait around for 20 minutesfor him to check on something, he called me back and went on and on about how much of a favor he was doing me by having thestore honor my order. Even though he said he would have them remake my food since it had been sitting for half an hour by thispoint, it was very obvious when we got home that they had given me the food they left sitting. Spend the extra 5-10 minutesdriving to one of the stores nearby on Chapman, Katella, or by the Village. This one is a joke. Read more
Quarter pounder with cheese was hot and tasted great. The coke was cold and tasted as it should, not watered down. Service took... a little long. Fries were very hot and salted well. I would go back. Read more

Morning ???? 5:15am in line didn't get everything till 6:05am can't blame the crew it's poor management and low staffing but at... least say its going to take one hour for a 6 item order with no special requests so I'm not late to work to pay for my nextmeal. SOMEONE BIT MY CHICKENNUGGET!! At approximately 3:56pm, I ordered a 40 Chicken peace nugget combo for me and my family. The... wait wasn?t too bad at the drive-thru, I only waited for 10min in my car but still could have been a little faster for aMcDonald?s and the costumer service was pleasant. However, when I brought the food home; I opened one of the chicken nuggetboxes only to found 1 nugget already bitten!! Not only is this disgusting discovery, especially in a state where Covid-19 is atan all time high; but I also called the McDonald?s where I got it from numerous amount of times bec no one answered!?Definitelythe last time I?m coming to this McDonald?s; never again.
