If you want authentic, personalized, really good Thai food...enter into this small and charming neighborhood restaurant. Great... service, excellent food. The curries and glass noodles and shrimp are my favorites, but the menu is full of delicious surprisesand they will personalize your dishes. A must if you are in Orange. Oct 2022, changed ownership. Totally renovated, not yourcharming , quaint feeling. The look is modernized, clean, more common look. The menu changed, ???? still quality food. ThePapaya salad is definetly the Star, try it. Royal Thai Orchid rated 4.5 but the food is not as good as similar Thai restaurant rated 4.0 or under 4. Twenty people were... there in the party. After a week on business travel, I wanted a nice sit-down dinner with my family. I have seen Royal Thai before but we usually... stick to a Thai restaurant closer to home. We went on a Friday night early and it wasn't too busy. We ordered egg rolls anddumpling appetizers as the kids were starving. I expected 4 of each and we got 8 of each!
