Horrible experience at this Starbucks. I told the Asian barista my name and that it was a mobile pick up. She had the audacity... to ask if it was Uber Eats pickup. A white lady walks a bit after and says her name and that it was mobile pick up just exactlyas I had said it. They didn?t discriminate her like she did to me. Read more
Starbucks 2115 N Tustin St #2, Orange, CA 92865 This Starbucks the employee didn't listen to me. I told her to "only" scan my... account not use money on my account. I had ordered something for someone else that wanted food/drink for their family. Insteadof stopping and listening to what I was explaining she quickly stated if wouldn't charge my Starbucks balance...AND IT DID.Haven't had this issue at any other Starbucks. I have a call in to the store manager. I needed the money on my account for myfamily..so it was an unnecessary problem! Read more

Friendly staff, nice location. The only thing is that the tables are a bit sticky and the lighting is horrible. It was like I... was looking at silhouettes of people and I can barely make out their shapes. The drinks were okay. There isn?t much of a varietyof drinks as in other places. However, it is the only one within a couple mile radius. Read more
