A pretty good Starbucks. It's in an odd location, and because it's right by the hospital complex it gets a lot of foot traffic... in and out. Staff was excellent, coffee was fine, bathroom is clean. It's just that I needed some quiet space to work on aproject for an hour or so and this is not the business establishments fault. It's just that this would be good for quick graband goes, or someone boisterous conversations as the place has a lot of glass which reflect sound and so it's noisy and chaotic.But for what it is, if you're a local and who's used to it, it was fine. Nice cashier. But when I questioned the price of my order, another gal came over, re-rang everything to show me the price was... correct. The price was just greater than I expected. But when I left, I leaned toward her the helpful second employee and saidshe made a great cup of coffee, by the way, and she just looked uninterested. I felt like she was upset because I questionedmy bill. I feel bad now because I annoyed her and possibly ruined her day. Read more
Service great, restrooms were nasty!! It looked worse in person! I visited this place last week around 10am and it was filty!
I like this location and so do alot of other people; very popular Starbucks! The baristas were very friendly, quite likeable... which is very important and professional. Also this Starbucks is very clean inside and out... enjoy your coffee indoors or onthe patio. Of course they have WiFi for their customers. I normally come to this location, but ylwont be returning here. Matt the barista was rude, I simply asked a question to which he... replied very rudely, he even stated I order a latte next time since I ordered my iced caramel upside down. He didnt do it upsidedown, when I asked if if he could mix it, he just said at that point is just a latte and next time order that, then he snappedthe lid on the coffee making it splatter and was a mess... I don?t care for the location and it?s parking. I ordered a mocha peppermint frapp which comes topped with whip cream and... sprinkled with chocolate bits. It?s been served to me this way at every other SB I?ve been to. Here the whip cream was topped ononly one side and no chocolate bits. I didn?t realize this until I was outside of store. Surely the barista would?ve noticed howbadly served this was??? I will not be returning nor do I recommend. Read more
