I have gone a couple times and I ask for NO STRAW! I ask for the NITRO LID. Everytime the barista puts a straw!! It is so... annoying!! There is clearly a note on the cup for a NITRO LID! It is so frustrating that she does not pay attention and gives mea straw!!! Read more
Ordered a Misto, the employee helping me didn't know what a Misto was and simply assumed it was just hot brew. He didn't even... bother to ask for help from someone with more experience before I had to step in and correct him. I was then charged incorrectlyat the counter. Pretty poor service. Had one employee closing the shop early, so only one person was handling orders while a long line backed... up. I understand that everyone wants to leave work as early as possible, but maybe getting a head start on cleaning/closing is alower priority than taking care of the dozen or so customers waiting in line. For a Starbucks not great but I guess if you're a younger student you won't notice they don't know how to make the drinks strong... enough. Given them a few chances, tried different drinks and always too much sweeter and/or milk. Read more
