A couple of times I came to this Subway it was in the morning. The lady that works their has an attitude and not friendly.... Today decides to close shop at 8am to go to Vons when the store opens at 8am. So I couldn't order a sandwich. Hopefully theowner is aware of what she is doing. Read more

Service is decent and the employees are not to blame, whoever is in charge doesn't do a good job of keeping stock of specific... ingredients. This is the second time they didn't have what i requested but at least the parking is great. Read more

This Subway has a decent-size dining room and some better service than other locations I have reviewed. Very clean and they keep... the sandwich ingredients constantly covered when they're not reaching into the containers. Read more

This place doesn't deserve any stars. I came in and the one of the employee wasn't wearing a mask. And when I looked more in the... kitchen the other lady wasn't either. I didn't want to start any arguments. I just decided to leave. Please wear your mask!!!You work with fooood!!!! Read more

Placed order thru app. There was no prompt to choose bread so order was defaulted to wheat? When I tried explaining to staff the... manager snapped at me for wasting food. Told me she owned the store and that I had to take the order. Do not support thisfranchise. Read more

I went to this location for the first time yesterday around 12:30 in the afternoon which I?d assume is any subway?s peak time,... and there were only two employees! The one who?s name I didn?t see, was doing everything while the other, Cesy or Cecy, walkedaround the back. At one point cesy went and got a personal fountain drink for herself while the line was almost to the door. (Ifshe walked any slower she would have been standing still) There were five people ahead of me and it took 15 minutes before I wasable to attempt to order. As I got near the front of the line Cesy begrudgingly walked over and asked the group of three infront of me if they were together. They answered yes, then she pointed at me and asked ?what do you want?? as if I was knockingon her door at 3AM. She started making my sandwich and after asking me what kind of cheese I wanted four times, I asked her whyshe didn?t take pride in her work! She got very defensive and then I asked why her coworker was doing everything! She got evenmore defensive, and when I let her know I?d be writing a review her response was ?go ahead?. By this time you could hearmurmurs from everyone inside talking about her poor attitude. The customer behind me thanked me for addressing the issue, and asI walked to my car two more people briefly shared their negative experiences with Cesy and expressed their gratitude. This isnot an isolated incident! The last three or four times I went to subway locations before this haven?t been much better. Subwaymanages their franchisees poorly and there is nothing special about their food. They?re convenient, that?s it. I?ll be giving mybusiness to Jimmy Johns, Jersey Mike?s or any other competitors of theirs for that matter. As subways continue to close downthey lose their only advantage over competitors, convenience. Read more
