So I went to go get the new black bean quesarito and I was told that I could only order it online....EVEN THOUGH I ORDERED IT... BEFORE THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU WITHOUT ANY ISSUES, THE FEMALE THERE SERIOUSLY DID NOT ALLOW ME TO ORDER IT BECAUSE SHE SAID ICOULD ONLY ORDER IT ONLINE, EVEN THOUGH SHE HAD THE MEANS TO MAKE IT JUST FINE! Not sure if she just didn't have enough peopleworking with her in order to make it, or if she and/or her cook didn't know how to make it because it was a limited time item,or what exactly, but it was extremely disappointing, and extremely upsetting.... definitely not happy about that at all tacobell.... not one freaking bit.... Please hire people that know how to take an order. I walk in and the worker just stands looking at me, doesn't say a word. I ask... her are you taking orders? She tells me I'm a trainee. She's left at the counter not knowing what to do. Great job. Read more

Busy location, Clean enough. but nothing outstanding. Had to go back inside for straws a napkins. Tossed several sauce packets... we didnt ask for with after meal trash. Read more
