Besides for one worker who was good everyone else was extremely unpleasant. We were greeted by impatient, sassy, and overall... rude workers. I felt uncomfortable and embaressed as I waited for and paid for my bagels. I left with a very bad feel about theestablishment and it is not somewhere I would like to support again. The bagels were alright, go to Deja Brew, Dunkin? if youwant a good bagel. Very oily. Not worth dealing with disrespectful workers for mediocre bagels!!!! Tell your workers to grow up. Read more
I came in with a large, last minute order and everyone was so gracious and helpful. One of the guys even walked my order over to... my car! My team raved about the food. We will be back! Read more
The hours on both google and the website indicate a 6am opening. I got up early to get my child a special bagel for her... birthday. It?s 13 minutes after and the doors are still locked. Staff won?t answer the phone. Clearly, the hours need to beupdated or staff need to be monitored to ensure they open as indicated. Read more
I just wanted to send a huge thank you to Seamus, the shift leader at the Orange store. We are home sick and a wonderful friend... sent us lunch from Brueggers. There apparently was a mix up and part of the order was missing unbeknownst to us. Seamus took itupon himself to reach out to our friend and made arrangements to deliver the other part of the order after he got off work!Seamus drove nearly 20 minutes out of his way of his own volition to bring the rest of the order. This chain is the worst literally. They claim to be authentic New York style bagel I'm laughing so hard, anybody who's been to... New York and enjoyed a bagel knows this is a joke. I've never been here before I figured I would give it a try this morning, soI ordered a plain bagel toasted with salmon cream cheese, I got a warm bagel with a white liquid substance that tasted to meexactly like warm miracle whip. Now, I hate cold miracle whip so you can imagine how much I hated the warm miracle whip. therewas absolutely no smell or hint a flavor of salmon anywhere. Even the guy had to ask the girl next to him which one was thesalmon cream cheese, So even he couldn't tell by looking at it or smelling it himself. So back to the bagel it was a tinybagel with a minimal amount of cream cheese and it was disgusting , Something you might see at McDonald's , run away. Read more
Second time I ordered a special Brisket Bagel sandwich. This particular one doesn't have a price listed and I've paid a... different price each time. This morning, they were out of small coffee cups. Then, you should've offered me the large cup atthe small price! You did not and I got a large cup of truly terrible coffee. Bagel was great, but I won't visit you again. Read more
Delicious savory bagels. The coffee could be better. The reason for the 4 stars is that after three times going there and asking... for a cinnamon sugar bagel with butter, it always ends up tasting like garlic (you can see the garlic flakes in the pic). I havehad cinnamon sugar bagels at other Bruegger's locations and they've been amazing, so I was pretty disappointed at not being ableto have my favorite order from this place taste good. Read more
My review is not about the quality of the bagels. I frequent the New Haven shop during the work week. This Orange branch should... learn outstanding customer service from the New Haven store. Today in Orange I watched as the line was 15+ customers deep andat least 4 of the employees stood around doing nothing! Nothing! And if they did something asked of them, it was donedeliberate and slowly-killing time until their break or end of shift. These kids behind the counter have zero customer serviceskills and it reflects on your brand. Horribly poor management. Poor quality employees. You should be ashamed. Read more
