Went tonight 15 Oct 2022. Walked in at about 7:30PM with my family (wife and kids ages (4) and (2))... There was only about 4... people in line with 4 workers behind the counter. Left at 8pm. Waited in line for a 1/2 hour: while they group chatted about acustomer, purposely took there time since they were close to closing, played on their cellphones, changed the music on theircellphones (store was playing modern mumble rap music with every other word being the F word or N word) and got all tight when Iasked for my order in the middle of them playing with their phones (we are a family of 4 what makes you think we only want 3 icecreams)... Gotta love how all these businesses offer vegan options now! They have plenty of toppings and many varieties of ice cream. The... girlfriend had the Silk chocolate ice cream and says it was about an 8/10. I had the Strawberry blonde and loved it. I remember Cold Stone always being a great experience but this location was not so. Very surly attendant who got frustrated when... we took time deciding on which flavor and threw the toppings on top of the ice cream rather than mix them together and rolledhis eyes when we asked for him to do so. Cold stone ice cream is such a treat! We are not the only ones who agree. There is always a line but staff is busy helping... customers and very pleasant. It's a Clean store. You get Creamy fresh ice cream with so many varieties of flavors and mix-ins.Create your own or choose one of their creations. Like, love it or gotta have it. Prices are fair; cost about $12 bucks for 2love it's and a milkshake. Read more
I enjoy their ice cream. It's very rich so sometimes less is better. The store is nice and spacious. The staff do their job... maybe slow at times when there's a rush. Pretty much uniform standard to any other Coldstone. Read more
This was my first time going to a Cold Stone. The lady behind the counter was very helpful and went through some of the popular... ice cream choices. I chose the Peanut Butter Cup Perfection and it was VERY GOOD. Definitely will be returning to try otherflavors. Read more
i have been to this coldstone all my life and it's usually amazing. i don't know who made my ice cream but it's not worth the... EIGHT DOLLARS?????? they're now charging for a medium. they didn't bother to chop up the cookie they threw in my ice cream, soit was just vanilla ice cream with a couple chocolate chips mixed in (and the whole cookie at the bottom). they also didn'tstick it in the freezer before i picked it up (i ordered online) so it was half melted when i got it. not going here for awhile:( Read more
