I never had Duchess before, I don't know why. I decided to order from them and was pleasantly surprised. The food was good and... the service was great. It was quick and easy. Been going to Duchess Restaurants for years, they have good fast food. We went to the drive through, I have found from this... time and others if you are in a hurry do not go to their drive though go inside to get your food. Read more
I would give this a 5 start because the food was delicious, however the staff were a little loud and on their cellphones the... whole time. Pedro (the manger) made me feel a little uncomfortable, instead of greeting us, he kept looking at my friend and Istanding very still and awkwardly gazing at us. Haven't been here in over a decade. My friend stated she loves their salads, we had the cobb salad and it was delicious. I ate... off of it 2-3 times. They make them fresh so you wait a few minutes, but it's so worth it. Was not crowded, there were 2 otherpatrons besides us, so we ate inside. Would highly recommend their salads, I'm on keto so I didn't order anything else.????????the employees were very nice and kind enough to give us extra dressing at no cost. Read more
Hands-down the best professional kitchen burgers and fries, I've ever had! Not gourmet level but nothing could satisy my craving... for an American burger more! They have great menu noting not to enjoy plenty of favorites to find! And DON'T FORGET HOUSESAUCE!!!! Read more
I've been eating Duchess my whole life. I grew up on the one in Bridgeport. This one is consistent with the taste just not on... the service and cleanliness. They need to clean up a little and the workers need some training. Update: I returned recently formy wife. The service was better and they seem to have some new employees, at least the ones I had contact with. I am adding onemore star to my review based on this last visit. Read more
