Terrible service. The employees have terrible attitudes. I wouldnt even give them one star. Stay away from this location at all... costs. To the employee at the drive thru....If you hate your job go find another one. If u hate people you shouldn't be workingwith the general public. It's not our fault u gotta get up at 4 am to make us coffee. No one deserves a sassy child's attitudebecause they were asked to re-make someone's coffee that was old, bitter and disgusting. Came asking for a remake from another dunkin, flat out refused even though they had one car in the drive thru. Then asked for... sugar and they even hesitated to do that for me. Very disappointed. Read more
I?ve been going to this dunkin every once in a while never had an issue. As of 9/4 at about 11:30am. I will no longer being... going to this dunkin. The drive thru was taking forever finally we started to move. I drive a suburban so I couldn?t move allthe way up to the speaker yet so I waited. The employees said to move up very rudely. I said I can?t and again told me in a rudetone yes you can. I said you don?t need to be a jerk and backed up out of the drive thru and left lm not going to be treatedrudely by a employee.
