Terrible service. The employees have terrible attitudes. I wouldnt even give them one star. Stay away from this location at all... costs. To the employee at the drive thru....If you hate your job go find another one. If u hate people you shouldn't be workingwith the general public. It's not our fault u gotta get up at 4 am to make us coffee. No one deserves a sassy child's attitudebecause they were asked to re-make someone's coffee that was old, bitter and disgusting. I?ve been going to this dunkin every once in a while never had an issue. As of 9/4 at about 11:30am. I will no longer being... going to this dunkin. The drive thru was taking forever finally we started to move. I drive a suburban so I couldn?t move allthe way up to the speaker yet so I waited. The employees said to move up very rudely. I said I can?t and again told me in a rudetone yes you can. I said you don?t need to be a jerk and backed up out of the drive thru and left lm not going to be treatedrudely by a employee. This Dunkin is so bad it's funny. I've been here 5 times as they're only a few minutes from my house and EVERY TIME without fail... they have gotten my order wrong. When the bagels filled with cream cheese came out I decided to try them and they literally hadmold on them. Besides that gross detail, they have yet to get an order right and I couldn't be more simple. My order is always abagel with cream cheese and a flavored iced coffee. THAT'S IT! Yet I have tried so many different foods from them bc every timeI'm given something different LOL. I have no idea how they don't have more reviews like this. Maybe they just don't like mehaha. We did Mobile order for couple of Lattes. When we went to pick up those, they told their Latte machines weren?t working. And the... guy who was working there asked us to come next day before 5 PM and wrote a note on back side of receipt to show them the nextday. On the next day when we went to pick up, people who were working there were rude and they told they couldn?t give the orderas the guy wasn?t working there anymore. They asked us to come next day to talk to manager. We asked them for a refund and theywere insistent. This was continued for four days. Finally, we gave up. We won?t be going to this store anymore. If they get your order right, it's a miracle. These workers need to be paid more so thet actually care what they serve. Not all... of the employees are slacking, some are awesome! But over all, I clench my teeth every time I get in line. Read more
