I am upset with the system i went to get my coffe like always at 5am and they have only one girl who looked overwhelmed... attending the store when it's always two. really!! I lot of Costummers where complaning because they had to go to work wherewaiting for there coffee it was taking so long and the line was huge. Where do I begin? Between the really bad P.A. the workers have to ask me to repeat my order. Them having No... donuts,bagels,muffins or Cold Brew coffee every 2weeks?!! I even saw a worker argue and lash out at the manager on duty (blueshirt). The said mngr had asked her to retrieve my order since I was waiting so long (1 egg cheese wrap, small cold Brew coffeeand apple fritter) . This was bad due to the volume of customers inside.
