Possibly the worst dunkin I?ve ever been to. Last order, I did it online. Chose whole milk, they gave me oat milk which I?m... allergic to - which I could sue for. Today, I ordered coffee and food - no espresso, so I replaced it with a refresher via thedelivery man. Refresher came without a lid and completely soaked my food, making it unable to eat. Great workers I?m so sure.Horrible experiences. Will never go to this one again. Read more

I am upset with the system i went to get my coffe like always at 5am and they have only one girl who looked overwhelmed... attending the store when it's always two. really!! I lot of Costummers where complaning because they had to go to work wherewaiting for there coffee it was taking so long and the line was huge. I wanted to speak to manager and found no one to tellabout the situation. Read more

Where do I begin? Between the really bad P.A. the workers have to ask me to repeat my order. Them having No... donuts,bagels,muffins or Cold Brew coffee every 2weeks?!! I even saw a worker argue and lash out at the manager on duty (blueshirt). The said mngr had asked her to retrieve my order since I was waiting so long (1 egg cheese wrap, small cold Brew coffeeand apple fritter) . This was bad due to the volume of customers inside. I've noticed a big... difference in how neet and clean the store has been since she has started to work there. I wish zero stars was an option. They got nothing in our order right. We ordered a blue raspberry energy punch, they put some... other syrup in it that wasn't blue raspberry. One sandwich was ordered with American cheese but both sandwiches had Swiss. Theother sandwich was really burnt and the bacon on both sandwiches was so burnt, it shattered as you bit into it. Lastly, comingfrom someone who worked in the fast food industry, the hashbrowns tasted like they thawed, were refrozen, and then were heatedand served. They had that freezer burn taste and texture to them. Overall the meal was absolutely disgusting. What's so hardabout getting at least one thing in an order right? We will not be going back here! If I could give zero stars I would. The staff is incompetent and they always mess up my order, then blame me for their mistakes.... I always order an iced chai latte because I medically cannot have coffee. I normally go before work because it?s the closestDunkin. Multiple times they made my drink with chocolate syrup and caffeine, and I had to go back on my break because I wait for20+ minutes (for a chai latte and avocado toast) when I ordered, and ended up being late to work which is right next door.Unacceptable. Recently, I went back to tell them they messed up my order again (5 chocolate and 5 glazed munchkins and a chailatte with LIGHT ice). I also cannot have too much ice in my drink because I have very sensitive teeth so I cannot drink thingsthat are too cold or too hot. They gave me 3 chocolate, 3 glazed, and two jelly munchkins. The staff simply is reckless andcareless. They do not listen to what you say and always mess up. When it?s time to hold them accountable, they said I shouldhave brought it back and had a receipt. When I got my food and drink, they did NOT give me a receipt, instead they closed thedrive thru window and walked away for several minutes before I could even tell them my order was still messed up. At that point,I was late to work again because I was waiting so long and I left. I called to explain my situation, and the manager said Ialways complain and that I should have gotten a receipt from them. It is ridiculously unprofessional. This place has the worstservice and they aren?t helpful whatsoever. I will be writing a letter to corporate. Read more
