First of all, note that it was a 40min wait time to get the table, so this was even more upsetting. Came tonight to just have... the following: spaghetti and meatballs, gnocchi soup, and bread sticks. I'm sure the server lady was trying, but she forgot theorder twice, didn't bring the right drink, brought salad, then some red soup with carrots, then another soup still wrong. Theentire time she never visited the table or checked in either. Literally left and still never got the gnocchi soup. I give upman. I'm not sure I even want to come back, probably will never get the right order. Read more

Service was good, food not so much. Not sure if it was the sewer smell of the bathroom I encountered when washing my hands... before my food came. The smell stuck in my noise and definitely ruined my appetite. I informed management of the smell andthou I was nice about it, I could tell he knew and wasn't in a rush to fix the situation. With all the money that place hasmade over the years, they could take time out and fix the problem. As a mother, I would hate to bring my infant or toddler insuch a foul smelling place. Thank god the smell was confined to the ladies room and not the rest of the place. SMH..At least mymom and auntie enjoyed themselves, which is the only reason I gave 2 stars. Read more

We arrived within 40 minutes of closing and I was not expecting great service but we were traveling and didnt have more than a... handful of sit down options. Our waiter definitely had a long day and was visually tired but still stayed professional. Ithink he knew we were not there to milk the breadsticks and salad which was also a nice change for him. While I would haveusually wanted a slower meal, we let our waiter know we were halfway through a 5 hour drive and from there on, we had a mutualfeeling of eat and move which got us our appetizers and meals to the table and out the door in 30 minutes. Shrimp scampi wasnice with a light butter cream sauce, good enough to eat again after reheating that night but would not have saved until thenext day. I have not eaten at Olive Garden in years but for the speed of service and quality of food for the price, I will stopagain on the road for sure, especially traveling along the northeast 95 corridor. Great place. One in Waterbury location was closed permanently. They didn't reduce the portion sizes like many other restaurants.... Prices were increased due to the pandemic related issues. Good quality and great service like always. Read more

This restaurant is incredibly well maintained even at the pandemic. First Dine In experience from almost after 4 months. Also... our waitress was extremely patient when we were indecisive on what we wanted. The food is well worth the higher price point. They have altered the menu for the pandemic time, still lots of options to choose from. The quality and quantity of the foodstill the best. Read more
