Very Good Fresh Food Excellent Service And Very Clean Place .
Figured I?d give this subway a try. Thought I?d make a few points on how service was terrible. You pull up to the drive thru to... make an order and the microphone is busted so they have you call in?no big deal. But I waited on the phone for 5 minutes. Guytakes my order and I proceed to wait for 25 minutes for a pretty simple sandwich. No explanation, no apology. I park in theparking lot to eat and the sandwich wasn?t even hot. Worst subway I?ve been to, considering it?s a chain I didn?t think onecould differ so much from the other. Will never go back. Read more
I have given this location this rating only for the food ordered being correct. There was no sign stating they don?t accept... paper coupon. I was left with paying full price or walking out. I should have walked. Upon contact with the franchise ownerprovided no sympathy I will not patronize this location again nor recommend it. Read more
Placed an order thru the app, they took the order and the money but when I got to the store 15 minutes later they decided to... close early even though their paper sign said updated hours 8 pm and I was there at 7:25. I emailed subway the next day theysaid sorry it was their fault but didn?t offer to refund my money. I asked how do I get my money back. Still no response. Whoever worked on Sunday 6/9 at 2:00pm had the worst customer service skills. She responded through the drive through as soon as... we pulled up with ?you?ll have to wait because I?m busy? where we replied ?ok? and she said ?ummmm so yeah? we just left. Read more
Reading the other reviews, I'm almost glad I wasn't the only one who experienced this. Let me start by saying the location is... one of the best subways I've ever been to. Extremely clean and updated, it's only until your ready to order does it start tocrumble. They have less than half the necessary ingredients to make signature food items, which they tell you halfway throughmaking it. Once it's time to pay and present a coupon, they act as if it goes through to only tell you, that you were chargedincorrectly and there is nothing they can do about it. I?m giving them two stars instead of one because it?s a nice facility for a Subway, but they have only one employee working at... dinner time. Unless you enjoy 20 minute waits for ?fast? food, I would go elsewhere. Read more
Who doesn?t love a subway with a drive through? That it self should receive 5 stars! But the staff is so nice and the food is... always fresh. I prefer this subway over the others in the area. Read more
