This store needs serious training on BASIC customer service. I usually order through the app and hope that my order is ready... when I get there or that the mobile system is even turned on so I can place an order. This location is understaffed during peakhours. So if you go in the mornings be ready to stand in line and prepare for slow service as a result. The guy there in themornings is just rude. There is just 2 people during the week in the mornings and should be at least 4. This store needs to beevaluated by corporate and some training provided. Maybe they can visit or shadow the 2 stores in West Orange to see how youstaff your business and how to treat customers. Read more
If i could give zero star, i would. This is the most unsanitary dunkin donuts around. The lady was making a customer's sandwich... and eating at the same time. Using the same gloved hand to stuff food in her mouth and then touch the customer's bagel. She thenwent to the cash register and tended to customer's while stuffing and chewing food. I hope the health department shut down thislocation one day as the service is deployable. These people should not be dealing with the public. FYI, where was the manager ofthis location? What ever you do don't even bother coming to this "coffee" shop. It's an insect lottery shop. If you want to win the lottery?... Come here and check on you bagels and sandwiches. Chances are 10% that you might win the lottery by have fresh roach in thatbagel. Thanks Dunkin donuts for letting me win the lottery. You know the shop is bad when I submit a review on this uselessaccount. Also kick out this India employee, he is just staring at his other employees and staring at you like a robot orsomething. Lady who was there was sulking, looked like she wasn?t sure of what she was doing. I ordered coffee with oat milk, asked her... before I took it of it was oatmilk and just from the way she said yes, and how it tastes I am 100% sure it wasn?t oatmilk. Loud and unprofessional. Staff coming in with no uniform being rude to customers. One of the staff members came right into the... place and went straight to the back counter without washing hands or sanitizing? Terrible service. Read more
Typical review that I wish I could give NO star for. 2/3/22 9:15 a.m. Cashier clearly hates his job & most likely his life but... that?s nobody else?s fault. this place is pretty bad for a chain. Staff doesn't seem motivated to be there; not well maintained; definitely not following... Covid protocols; espresso based drinks with milk alternatives have been delayed / forgotten on several occasions. I usually onlygo if I don't have cash on me, but if you do hold cash, and want better service, try one of the family owned places on Main St.This DD definitely only makes money because it's familiar. Overall, it's not a comfortable establishment and should bereevaluated as to it's needs in the community other than job opportunities.
