Yikes. First, the self-serve screen flashed the order number very briefly, so fast we didn't get the order number. The paper... receipt mechanism then made a painful-to-hear grinding noise, but didn't produce an actual paper receipt. We grabbed Table Tent6, went to a table, plunked the tent on it and waited. And waited. And waited some more. Went to the counter, and there was theorder getting cold. At this point we didn't bother asking about the Sprite we ordered along with the rest of the order butdidn't get. Finally we could eat. That's when the gnats arrived to share our dinner with us. We ended up eating in the car. Wewalked back to wash up after eating. The bathroom door was locked. It was then I saw the sign telling customers they have to aska counter employee to unlock it. They took another ladies order before mines in the drive-through after I was already sitting there. It was bad enough the cars... before me was waiting after those two cars pulled off i Pulled up was waiting for a good couple of minutes then the lady pullsup in the other lane and they take her order?.. Order via Uber. Two meals no fries for either, ordered sweet tea no ice have ice. Clearly 0 care and understanding because it?s... McDonald?s. I order a coffee with 10 sugars and 2 creamers. The drive thru people are rude and sometimes can't understand English. One young... lady threw my change at me. I ask to speak to a manager someone comes up to me trying to speak English. I just shook my head andasked God to bless this place in Jesus name. Lord now's they need you! Read more
The recent renovations look great. As part of that, there's a 24-hour walk up window that I used for my visit here one morning.... It was pretty convenient and fast. I got their new pasties - the Apple Fritter and Cinnamon Roll. They were both pretty good,the Apple Fritter was better and I'd get that again. The cinnamon roll was just okay. I'd rather wait to be near to a Cinnabonup get one. Read more
I ordered from McDonalds through Doordash for the very first time just to see how the ordering process went. The good news: My... food arrived in a timely manner. The bad news: My food was cold, straws and napkins were not provided. The sauce and juice Irequested was totally disregarded.
