We were excited to try Firebirds but the food did not meet our expectations. The inside was very pretty and staff were... friendly. Food presentation nice. The kids burger and the kickin chicken sandwich were the only two things we enjoyed. Thecilantro chicken was dry. The au gratin potatoes were hard and not cooked well enough. This restaurant is in a lovely area with lots of other restaurants and shops. I will say by the time we left at 7 PM it was... packed with a large amount of 18 and under causing traffic jams. The food was good, lack a little bit of taste and I have afeeling the restaurant was understaffed. We waited a long time for our order to be taken but the food arrived quickly. Entirestaff was lovey and personable. I will say the seats in the bar area are bolted to the floor so it’s hard for larger people tosit on the booth side. Dinning room has booth and tables. There is also patio seating with windows that open. Would go again! Read more
We sat at the bar for lunch. The bartender was friendly and helpful. I had the Grilled fish tacos and my wife had the Tenderloin... salad. Both were well portioned, I would say that the Fish Tacos were adequate for lunch or for someone not all that hungry. Wewould absolutely return as the menu looked great. Read more
The food here is really good!! However, the service could be better. There was no one at the door to seat guests when I arrived.... I waited about 10 minutes at the door to be acknowledged and seated. The utensils, menus and even the plates at the table werevery dirty! It would be great if they cleaned the menus once in a a while. Read more
Went there with a big group after my brothers funeral. We couldn't do reservations for a size bigger than 6. But they were very... accommodating and sat us all together. Big thanks to Tia and the staff for the great customer service. The food was great also.Great apps and drinks. Oh and a fantastic kids menu if you have to bring your kids. Read more
This is my first time visiting this restaurant. The atmosphere is lively, vibrant and has great lighting. Sienna was a pleasure.... She was very observant, personable and extremely attentive. The burger was quite filling. I would definitely visit thisrestaurant again! I asked for ketchup and a server came out of nowhere with the serving. Quite impressed! Read more
Simply love this food! Everything was amazing until our server disappeared...the manager picked up the slack and saved the day... and made our experience great!! The salmon lobster spinach fondue is the best as well as the cheese cake creme brulee...my 2faves...wish there was a location in my hometown of Austin, Texas because I really enjoyed my meal!!
