Solid steak house experience, professional service level and nice ambiance. Drinks menu is interesting. I had the cucumber... cocktail - good but a bit strong! We ordered a fillet and the chicken and a twice baked potato and salads. Everything wasdelicious. First time visit to this Red location and it did not disappoint!! Having been to Red many times I was hoping for the best and... they came though. We had our anniversary dinner here and everything was top notch. The service and food are amazing and it has agreat ambiance. We will be back for sure!! Read more
My fiancé and I spend a lot of money attending fine dining restaurants. It’s our thing, we really enjoy the food along with... the atmosphere at every new fine dining restaurant we go to. We have been to Reds numerous times, either for takeout or to dinein. We ordered take out last week and this is the meal I got. I ordered the diver scallops with cauliflower rice (as you can seethere is hardly any at all) mushrooms… I think there might have been two in there, Romesco sauce, artichoke and tomato salsa.Let me know if you see any of that in there. This isn’t even presentable enough for an appetizer. I am never one to leave abad review but I had to after seeing this. Disappointed is an understatement. Read more
This isn’t my first time at RED, and obviously won’t be the last. I’m surprised I haven’t reviewed it yet. Well, here we... go!! The food was phenomenal. We started with the tots and the shrimp scampi (not pictured). My mom and I both ordered the PrimeCAB New York strip. The meat was cooked to perfection. I asked for medium and got a medium. The marbling in the steak was onpoint. The taste is delicious. Our server was very attentive, and she brought us these fried donuts when she found out it was mymom’s birthday. So this review is not going to give you a great breakdown of the possibilities of the restaurant as we came here solely for... dessert (we did have one appetizer, their special bruschetta with artichokes - it was really good). As far as the desserts -really disappointing. We tried 3 desserts: 1 - Black Tea Honey Cake - it was ok; 2 - Opera Torte, was also ok; and 3 - Pear Tart- really disappointing, the taste of star anise was so overpowering, we had to send it back. Kuddos to our server for taking itoff the bill. Speaking of service, really good and timely. Excellent food. Excellent service. Excellent atmosphere. Just excellent. My son and I had NY strip steaks and they were 14oz of... amazing. The Caesar salad, green beans, macaroni and cheese, and mashed potatoes were excellent compliments. If you can go herefor dinner, even if it is only once, I highly recommend that you do! Read more
Loved the atmosphere, the food was SPECTACULAR! We had the cocktail shrimp and calamari for appetizers. Our steaks were cooked... perfectly, and the mushrooms and poutine roasted potatoes were delicious! Maybe a little too much rosemary in the potatoes, butthat's to taste. Read more
It's been awhile, but consistency is clearly the standard. Ryan was awesome, so were the stuffed peppers and the oysters. Very... nice wine selection. EXCELLENT experience from the greeting at the door, to the service, to the food to the atmosphere. Read more
