Nope. If the playplace is always closed they need to hang a big sign in front of the building stating that . My daughter was ... disappointed and they refused to give more than one dipping sauce for each chicken nuggets order. The nuggets where halfway cooked . Manager was very rude . I had to trade a BBQ sauce for a sweet and sour because they are so stingy. Read more
I was waiting to order for over 20 minutes. The workers seen people in line and did not speak to anyone. They where so more... worried about talking to eachother about who was coming in to relieve them and who was closing. Will never go here again. Worstcustomer service ever Read more

ordered and waited 30 minutes for my food. 2 people that came in after me got their food before me, bc my order got canceled so... i was asked for my receipt after 30 minutes and they got my food together right then. i didn?t get one of my burgers and theburgers and fries i did get tasted old. Really slow. Took over 1 hour to get my food. They did 2 drive through cars and I know they waited almost the same amount of... time I did for my food. Workers laughing and telling jokes, not doing their jobs. Bad service. When asking about my order theysaid it will be a minute. Never anything helpful. The place was almost empty too!!! Read more
I've pretty much written off this location. They're playing the game where their internal wait time stats still look good,... because they make you wait 20~30mins in line to PLACE your order. And then move fairly quickly through the rest of the process. Ridiculously slow overall drive-thru experience, chronically inaccurate orders received. It is literally quicker to driveacross town to the one other McDonald's location in the area, if I'm required to visit a McDs at all. Read more
We waited over an hour to receive our food and naturally it was not correct. The whole time we were waiting on the person in... front of us that had two Happy Meals and two drinks! That's was it! 45 minute wait sitting in the drive thru, and was handed cold fries, watered down drinks, and the nuggets were hard. Had to... request a refund, and the manager was reluctant giving it to me. Offering free stuff and to remake my order. I wasn'tinterested. Also waited 30+ minutes inside before because the staff was skipping orders. Seriously not worth the stop. Read more
