Absolute worst experience of my life dealing with a pizza joint...the manager should be fired for treating customers this... way...I ordered a pepperoni pizza online and for some reason the system unclicked pepperoni and ordered cheese only...how theonline system even allows you to pay for a 1 topping pizza without the 1 topping that I paid for is beyond me. They deliver acheese pizza...I sent it back and the manager said because I ordered it online that they couldn't remake it...ok fair enough,just throw a few pepperonis on it..no harm no foul, right? No, this manager made a fuss about 1 dollar worth of pepperoni andrefused to put the 1 topping on my pizza that I paid for and didn't receive...lost a customer for life...this Manager should befired...dealing with customers is part of his job and he failed...anyone with half a brain knows this was an honest mix up andthe manager should be able to resolve situations like these with ease... absolute failure and incompetence. We went inside to order and the food came up really fast like within 15 minutes. We were a little confused about what we wanted... to order but the staff was very understanding and patient. I looked around while waiting and the place was very clean. No foodin the corners like you see at other food places. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Read more
