The Orange location used to have friendly employees, excellent customer service, and great food. Now they don't. The last few... times I've been to this location, they have messed up my order and served lukewarm food. And they don't even smile anymore, whathappened to this store? Update 11 September 2022 Ordered online for pick up. Arrived at 6:05, finally got to the window(speaker doesn't work) at 6:22. At 6:25 I was asked to park and they'd bring it out. On August 18 I was able to get my order remade from the previous day before mess up the Gm Ms Dee contacted me personally to... make it right she was very professional and willing to fix the issue she did as she was promised and I can?t be more pleasewith her leadership at the Orange Tx Store not only is she a Great!!! This experience was a great experience today. The manager's team was on point with good service, freshness and confidence to... take of lunch rush customers. Worst fast food place ever! The place needs new management. The food was cold, and the chicken strips were undercooked. Every... time I would come they would always close way before actual closing time and they would say that they threw away the batter forthe chicken strips and chicken sandwich. Like why? Who does that 30-45 minutes before closing. Why take my order and have mewaiting for 10 minutes before you tell me that you don't have something.
