Manager at this location by the name of Amanda!! is extremely rude and slow her employee by the name of Peyton!! completely... missed my order up and had me extremely late for work never received my order or my food so at this point I had to do a refundspoke with Amanda the manager and she didn't seem to care Peyton never brought my food out to the stall!! Edit/Update: The owner truly values and takes pride in his locations. Very personable. He remedied my frustrations with... communication and care to make sure I knew there would be more of a stance in making sure this location gives the propercondiments and sauces allotted for the orders; along with alotting me a $20 gift card for Sonic and go try this locationagain. All food establishments have hiccups and sad moments with customer care, but this owner shined the light of understandingand wanted to keep my business. Thank you John for taking the time to reach out to me. Original: Do NOT waste your time at thislocation. I?m writing this review because this location purposely (or do not train their staff) to consistently place dips andsauces in the bag with the order. I have had to countless times turn around to get the sauce with the order. Today, I needed aquick snack and went to this location for something quick and hot. Got the mozzarella sticks with marinara. Since it was oneitem, I grabbed the bag and left from drive thru. Got down the road and there was no marinara in the bag. I had to turn around????, which is annoying. Got to location and the lady at drive thru was unapologetic and I mentioned since the inconvenience ofhaving to come back, I?d like two. She said she would get the one out and the second one would be 27 cents. My aggravation isthis is always happening and inconvenient. I?m over it, and this location has lost my business. Mark this as a place againstcustomer service, and a headache that can be avoided. When you eat out (even for a snack) you should have a good experience. Read more

I only go here for the drinks. SPECIFICALLY THE ROUTE 44 STRAWBERRY DRINK WITH LIME AND LOTS OF STRAWBERRIES. VERY REFRESHING.

The young man that's taking orders is pretty rude. I let it go the last time I came to this location. Only because when he... brought the food out to the vehicle, his attitude was much different and more pleasant so I didn't do the review. Fast Forwardto a few hours ago. As soon as he picked u the mic I knew it was him. I was ordering ice cream and I was trying to tell himexactly what I wanted. He cuts you off in the middle of your ordering. Rushes you through the order and then he gets it wrongso you have to tell him order again. Me: I would like an ice cream co (employee interrupts "how man do want") Me: 1 Employee:does that complete your order MMe: no, I would also like a small cookie dou (employee interrupts again "will hat complete yourorder") Me: no, I would also like a medium rees (employee interrupts again "do you want the cookie & reeses in the same cup. Me:no, the order should have 3 ice creams Looked at the screen and it read 1 cone and 2 small blast. I said the order should say acone, a small blast and a medium blast. Read more

I ordered a cheeseburger with mustard at 12:30. Need to be back to work by 1:00. It is 12:56. Pushed the red button and it is... still lit up 10 minutes later. Trying to decide if I go to the door or go back to work hungry. Read more
