I pulled up to the drive thru and waited no one said anything. The parking lot was empty I thought for a minute that they were... closed. The trees around the drive thru is so overgrown you can?t see anything. I parked and went in stood up front and waited.Finally someone walked from the back looked up and saw me and kept walking like I wasn?t there. Finally someone comes up to takemy order. Not only was my mashed potates macaroni and cheese, but the chicken tenders where so old and hard I had to throw them in the... trash. Guess it didn't matter that they forgot the sauces. FOR LOCALS: Does anyone say thanks anymore in this town. Lucky ifyou get eye contact! Very said we have such limited options. Read more

Was overcharged over $2.00 and Manager Requires Proof. I proved it 3 times with credit card invoices. Didn't get any Fries I... paid for. Wayne is an Idiot that is too dumb to Work at KFC. Corporate keeps Sending Free Food Vouchers knowing some Staff isCompletely Incompetent. Read more
Called at 9:20 PM to verify their that they closed at 10PM for drive through, and the employee confirmed this. Showed up 10... minutes later at 9:30 PM and the lights were off and they had closed. We drove out of our way based off what they said.Incredibly disappointed that they don't follow their own posted hours. Realistically I'd give zero stars, but that's notpossible. Read more
I have visited this locations once or twice every year for the last 4-5 years. Compared to other KFCs and Long John Silvers this... one certainly falls short. Often times the food is clearly been sitting a while (Much more common with the Long John menu). Forexample the hushpuppies can be so hard you cannot even eat them. The KFC part fairs slightly better with food being fresher. Itis about a 50/50 shot with them getting your order right so always check your bag before you head out. Also be watchful ofordering within the last hour they are open. Often times they reduce their menu on both side and will not cook fresh. With thatbeing said not the worse KFC or Long John Silver I have been to. But it could definitely work on improving quality measures. Read more
