So I ordered pizza and ask for certain instructions for my order costing me 80 dollars, even though the delivery was on time the... pizza when we were eating was not completely done. Then looking at my charges on my card they charged me 80 dollars twice up to160 dollars, when calling them and corporate for a refund of money the store said that the computers are having problems so Iasked when am I going to get my money back they said that they don?t know also corporate was no help and didn?t want to help andwas hung up on !! I must say I am very happy to be writing this review!! Me and my husband ordered a large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and 24... piece boneless wings for delivery. Our order came fresh and it was delicious!! Our delivery driver was Rachel and she wasamazing! She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and we were! We can't speak more highly of her and our order. Wewill be ordering again from here if we have another load to pick up here since my husband is a truck driver. After trying to place a phone order, and it sounded like a call center...then trying to dine in ... and dining room closed, had... to wait for pizza and it was $30 for a large pizza and 2 drinks...I think orange pizza hut needs more staff!!! Read more

New server rather timid, but a more experienced server assisted her & all was fine. Pizza here is always delicious
Staff are somewhat new but trying the best they can. All are very nice and helpful as well if you do have any issues the manager... is always willing to make it right. Will definitely go back again. Read more

This was almost a year ago now but I need to share this. My wife ordered curbside and when she went to pick it up the woman who... came out berated her for indicating she was there on the app when she hadn't arrived yet. Needless to say, my wife did not dothat and this was a program glitch. However, regardless of the source of the issue, this does not justify scolding a politepaying customer. I called to file a complaint and the manager, who was the woman in question, hung up on me after asking me toretrieve our receipt. I then filed a complaint on their website and received a call from the District Manager a week or twolater. I remember this part very clearly, her only contribution to the situation was, verbatim, "that's just how she is, don'ttake it personally". If this is the kind of person Pizza Hut supports, and is any indication of the culture they foster, thenthey don't deserve anyone's business, let alone ours. Haven't ordered from any Pizza Hut since. The staff is nice, order has been timely. although the parking situation is not great. The only reason I can't get a five stars... is because I believe they are understaffed and the current staff members are overworked. My true assessment is that if they wereto infuse one or two more workers and make enthusiasm encouraged or at least pretend to be happy. I get it though. My daughterpaid for a pizza She was five with one of her certificates She earned and one of the people were so tired and probably sooverwhelmed because they were busy I didn't even see a smile. I honestly feel bad for the staff I'm not even complaining aboutthem they're pretty great. I could have said in a pretty short way they need more help. I've even witnessed them get calls frompeople who ordered to have it brought outside and the store attendee was like if you want to come in and get now you can or ifyou wait a little bit I'll bring it out to you we're really busy. The staff and the corporation policies should be two totallydifferent things but what do I know I'm just some random on a rant. If you've read this far you should get a medal I'll postpictures later.
