I absolutely love this place ! I come from the next county to eat here ???? Original choices, always something on the specialty... menu and it no more expensive than any good restaurant ???? Provisions never fails to deliver and is an absolute gem in Orange. Chef Randy and his team continue to dream up dishes that... are interesting and incredibly delicious. They keep the menu moving so things are always new and fresh. A great experience at dinner last night. New York strip was cooked to perfection. Roasted potatoes and vegetables paired... well. Creme Brulee for dessert ended the dinner on a perfect note. Appetizer: charcuterie plate. The jam and cheese were myfavorite parts. Read more
WARNING: This place might ruin other burgers for you. The lamb burger on the house made roll is just out of this world.... Instagram-ready, super tasty, juicy and can hold itself together beautifully down to the last attack-bite. Wow wowwow. Thoughtfully curated cheese, tea towels, and snacks make for a lovely dining room and the prices are fair for the qualityof what they are selling- getting what you should get for your money is so rare these days and these folks here really seem likethey don’t want to overcharge for great stuff. I’m impressed. The staff at the counter and grill just knocked it out of thepark. Way out. I’m so glad I stopped in- shout out to the iron pipe bartender who sent me there for the best burger intown. If I had any room left I’d go back for more, the lemon honey dressing on the side salad was such a treat, didn’texpect it to steal the show but it totally would have if that burger wasn’t magic. We had our rehearsal dinner here and are so glad we did! The owner, Randy, was so responsive and easy to work with for the many... months leading up to the event. He created a vegetarian and vegan buffet for our 40+ guests - all based on local and freshingredients. He went above and beyond helping to make our day special. We didn't have any decorations of our own for the tablesand he surprised us by brining in candles and fresh flowers for every table! It was wonderful to have use of the entire insideand outside covered patio area. Randy's prices were very reasonable especially considering it was a private event, the qualityof the food, and the nice/professional staff. We all had a wonderful time! I hired Chef Randy for our rehearsal dinner and he went above and beyond to make our evening special. He closed the Provisions... Market Table so we could host our event in his space. He created a wonderful menu and it was served to our guests by awonderful and professional staff. He provided guidance to beer & wine options and assisted with rentals and created an upscaleexperience that we will long remember. The food was wonderful! The passed appetizers were just what we needed to unwind afterour rehearsal. Chef Randy's Coq Au Vin was fabulous and the apple crisp dessert was amazing! Our guest enjoyed the wonderfulatmosphere, the great service and the amazing food. I am so grateful we had the opportunity to experience such a lovely place. Read more
Stopped in here for lunch after a hike around the Grelen Trails (the line at the Market at Grelen was quite long on a beautiful... Saturday afternoon). What a gem this place is! My fiance ordered a burger with a side of potatoes. I got the lobster roll (thedaily special) with a side salad. Everything was delicious. I really like the rolls they use for their sandwiches.
