We stayed in Orange for a week not far from Real Food, in the time of COVID-19, so no dining in. We ordered the PASTITSIO, which... was awesome and the best meal we had in Orange. The bechamel sauce sent raptures down my girlfriend's spine. Her appreciation oftop-end food is far superior to mine. We also loved the tahini green beans. We had left two messages the day before about ourorder, but didn't get a confirmation until late in the evening (9:30pm is my memory), but it was worth the uncertainty. Wedefinitely want to try more of their stuff. Read more

They use fresh, local ingredients and the menu variety each week is amazing. My favorite sandwich I ever had in my life was the... strawberry, goat cheese, with honey on a baguette they had several months ago. I couldn't recommend this place more! Read more

Paul just catered my daughters outdoor wedding for 50 people at our our home and it was fabulous! We received so many... compliments on the food and the professionalism and efficiency of the 4 Real Food wait staff supporting our event. Mitch was mystaff lead and was highly experienced and loved by all. From food service to champagne toast to cake cutting and to clean up -all ran smoothly. No stress for me. Paul assisted with menu planning and delivered high end results. I would highly recommendReal Food for a special any event. Ive also had the the week day soup and sandwich lunch available at their location and thatalso did not disappoint. Real Food is a gem in Orange Virginia! Read more

Absolutely amazing. Just passing through town we saw it and were intrigued immediately. Only open from 11-2 it's certainly worth... the stop. Inside is small, cozy, and inviting. The owners were joyful and helpful, very involved in the community and theirrestaurant. Their limited menu is nothing to be intimidated by because the few items they offer are out of this world. Simple, fresh, and homemade are words best used to describe my sandwich and cookie experience. Both were not too much and left mefeeling full but not sluggish. We aren't from around Orange but we were not disappointed and certainly will be coming back. Read more

Totally dig the atmosphere and concept of this place... Tiny little shop where people run into each other in a small town. The... turkey sandwich just wasn't good, though. The bread was extra dry, and the turkey wasn't too moist either. The aoili and friedonions were fantastic!! Unfortunately, I received hardly any of either. Would've benefitted from tomato, avocado, or a fruitlike pears, and perhaps toasting the bun to avoid it soaking up the aoili... I note that they have extremely limited space, andtherefore limited kitchen resources, but I really didn't like that one sandwich I had. Read more

This place is a treasurer for being in such a small town. They have a rotating menu every week which can be found on their... website and it's always completely unique food. Rarely do you see the same sandwich on there twice and they have a simple menuof cold sandwiches and salads. I would highly recommend this restaurant to any of my friends. Read more
