Drinks were good and the bartender was very nice. The food was awful! The crab cake had 0 crab in it, 99% breading. The fish and... chips were nasty and tasteless. A truly underwhelming experience, considering the price. Food came out randomly at different times. Restaurant struggled to... handle a party of 5. We had Braden as our server. He was polite and on top of his game. The food was amazing. We had read mixed reviews but rolled... the dice and went anyway. We are so glad we did.. The food was good. All staff were friendly and had smiles. Food was a little pricey but that is understandable. My sister got is... allergic to seafood so the staff did an amazing job to make sure no cross contamination took place with her food. I do thinkthat it is a little pricey to pay $8 for literally four cut up pieces of sausage. Our bowls were 80% rice. I would stillrecommend. Read more

I never write reviews but coming here for the first time 2 weeks ago, I?ve been back twice since then, it deserves a review. Our... waitress, Audrey, is fantastic. The food is GREAT. Seated fast upon arrival. Waitress brought me a menu and explained the most popular ordered items. The oysters on the half shell... were huge and fresh. We were second in line @ the host stand and the host attempted to greet guests behind us before we corrected her. We asked for... bar seating, and upon her return she again attempted to disregard that request and told us the wait time - we asked for barseating again and she said that she forgot we asked and gave us two menus and pointed to the bar. @ the bar, things quicklychange for the better. Our bartender was slightly more friendly and since we are understanding of her responsibilities to therestaurant (we are both bartenders) she was still very attentive and thorough with our questions. The drinks and food botharrived in a timely manner. We ordered snow crabs, lobster, corn, potatoes, bread, raw oysters, and the house gumbo (VERY thicktexture and unlike new Orleans traditional taste) and we almost finished everything. Excluding bar guests gawking at us andasking us where we were from and how they were shocked to watch us finish us our food.
