Service was terrible waitress never refilled our drinks. Had to ask for dipping sauces. Ordered a tall drink and brought out 2... small drinks. Everyone got their food and then when we were All done they brought out or toddlers food ????. Ceiling wasdripping water and full of mold right above our table. That should have been our que to leave. Ordered unlimited boneless wingsbut had to wait 20 mins for the next ?batch? that?s was 4 small wings wing barley any sauce. Went on Veterans Day so of course it's going to be a madhouse. But even so our server was friendly and polite and did the best... she could to keep up with the madness. L o l. I had my service canine with me so I gave him my free veterans meal and I orderedthe 8 oz steak. steaks were overcooked Big time!! It's been a while since I've been there and I would like to go back and giveanother review on a calmer day. Even though the food was bad I had to get the place 3 stars for the effort that they put out toaccommodate so many people at once. I can't give enough props to the girls up front that were assigning tables. There is plentyof parking here and there is plenty of overflow parking as well. Is handicap spots are not a issue and the parking area wasclean up debris and well lit. The restaurant for having as many people in it was pretty clean. I definitely would have giventhis place 4 or 5 stars had the food been right.. And one more thing the portion size is pretty small guys.. Hope this helps youout. Read more
My husband and I come here at least once a month,sometimes twice. The staff are always very kind,the food is hit or miss,but... it's never terrible. I mean,its a chain restaurant,you really shouldn't expect too much. The drinks are great and their mangosweet tea is probably the best thing on the menu. Read more
Was here today 12/3/22, Took this pic right after they put the plates on our table! horrible service! Server seemed to have an... attitude! Asked me if i wanted a refill of my drink right before we were paying, Like What? TERRIBLE FOOD! Ordered two $17.00plates and couldn't believe what they looked like!
