Pretty gross with food, water and chips all over the floors and under our table. It was probably an off night? but our food took... about 40 minutes to get. It was ok on the food and saved a star alongside friendly servers? but all and all I would most likelychoose the DeLand Location over this one. I have reviewed several Chili?s in the central Florida area and I have had great meals at every single one. They are very... consistent with their food and this one in Deltona was no exception. My daughter and I both got steak but different kinds and Itried hers and it was delicious just like mine was. Sides were cooked perfectly and we were on Happy Hour so we had 2 margaritaseach and they were awesome too. Chips and salsa is always a favorite and they did not disappoint. Staff was friendly and professional. Our server Kat was very pleasant to deal with and had a wonderful infectious smile. My Big... Bacon Burger was too BIG to hold and very delicious. I had to carve it up. The fries were fantastic. Read more

So incredibly disappointed. Staff who would rather chat with each other than to sit customers and food that honestly looked... like it was rejects from hours before are just tips of the iceberg. Maybe there was no management on duty this evening as Inever saw anyone who appeared to be in charge. It is what it is but it sure isn?t what it was. The service was fantastic but the food was horrible especially the brisket. They gave me nothing but fat and drenched it in BBQ... sauce the ribs where pretty good but the brisket was placed on top of some garlic bread and the bread was uneatable. My frieswhere so old I had to ask for a different side because it took away my craving for fries Luke it completely turned me off. Neveragain. Read more

The food was great, the service wasn't but it's whatever. The chick dealing with our order was also tending the bar so I can't... really blame her too much because she was super busy. This was on Saturday November 5th, 2022. Maybe the management could workon staffing better. There were a couple servers standing around just chatting and she was deep in the weeds.
