Very slow service , dirty restaurant . Flys flying around, sticky floors and drink area . Veggies were not fresh and quite bad ... looking (maybe why flys ) . For $10 a sub expected way more yall !! Maybe short staffed ?? Not sure but I?ll avoid in future. Go to firehouse or Publix ! Employees were busy and not very attentive . Back of house was super dirty too . Tried to order 3 different sandwiches. They were out of something or multiple items from each. They won't answer the phone. Go... to Publix next door. Food is better and you get great service. Read more
Non-responsive via phone. On several occasions I have called to speak to someone at different times during the day and no one... ever answers the phone, that?s unacceptable. Someone(supervisor) should be available to speak to customers just in case they hadany issues. This is the only site I?ve come across where no one answers the phone at different times during the day. We will never go to Jersey Mikes again. Very unprofessional staff. They don?t go out of there way to make a customer happy. We... asked for Tuna in a container to go. They said it would be the price of a whole sandwich times 2. Our family were in town andthey have special dietary needs. It used to never be a problem till now. Prices go up and quality goes down. We noticed thatwith how much meat is on your sandwich?s also. So with this we feel discriminated against because we have people with specialneeds. Was all excited to go to Jersey Mike's got an email double points. I went in ordered a young lady followed me with a pickup... order her order was wrong they had to redo it. She could not have cheese. I had faith my order would be okay it was three cheesesteaks pretty easy hardly anything on them. One jumbo cheese steak with only onions. One jumbo cheese steak extra cheesemushrooms and onions. One jumbo cheese steak extra cheese extra mushrooms. Unsure but I know I paid over $50 for three jumbocheese steaks. Traveled 30 minutes back home. Everyone was wrong. we had no onions nowhere hardly any mushrooms anywhere I thinkwe might have had extra cheese and one even had peppers on it I didn't order peppers anywhere green peppers and redpeppers. call the store to let them know they told me I could come back I live over 30 minutes away one way they told me they'dput my name on the board I'm sure what that means but hey we'll ask next time we go. I ordered two subs from here yesterday. Since I was doing intermittent fasting this was the only food I had all day. I woke up... at 3:30am with SEVERE stomach pain, nausea and was on the toilet all night. My boyfriend woke up a few hours later with the samething.
