Went through the drive through and in the evening was nice and late clean everybody had mask on of course not wearing them... properly take the mask off people it's time everyone was nice. It was a bunch of young kids working there probably in thetwenties so customer service wasn't at the highest but it wasn't that bad like I said the place was well lit it was cleaneverything looked good she did greet me she told me goodbye have a good one just in a slang kind of 20 year oldish way. Willstop by again. Okay okay went back to orange city KFC today the lady at the drive thru was a breath of fresh air she was sosweet I told her that she was a breath fresh air and I told her I'd do a review for her all drive through should be as sweet asher. Fast service and good food. I wanted to note that in the wake of all these places that are raising prices, KFC has stayed... reasonable at the same quality. we need to remember those that price gouged when they could. Read more
Well what a disappointment the Mac & Cheese Bowl was???? I was sooo excited to order & try this Mac and Cheese Bowl after seeing... it on the commercial. I was sadly disappointed because the Mac and Cheese really had no true real cheese-cheesy flavor & it wasjust bland, the chicken pieces taste like they were old and they were hard? I also tried to order a side of Corn because I likedit in my original mashed potato bowl???? but I quickly changed my mind about the side of Corn ???? when the young lady was quickto inform me that it's $2.40???? & I then quickly changed my mind about the side of Corn ???? I know things are a littleexpensive now but man???? I then took my order home added my own corn and that still didn't improve the taste of this bland,dryed out Mac and Cheese Bowl. Get something else you know your going to enjoy if you still enjoy anything from KFC at all! Iknow it will be a while before I return to KFC because I really didn't care for the service at this KFC in Orange City, FL, Imore than likely will go to another location because I am still willing to give their Chicken Sandwich a chance next time. Stopped for a cpl of dinners. Wasn't real busy, the crew were working well together and the food was fresh. Btw yall make some... of the best damn sweet tea I have gotten from a drive thru in a very long time. Did not get anyone's name but I was there around2- ish on Tuesday the 2 nd. Read more
We came early in the day. The service was fine and the food was good for the most part. I am disappointed though that the... original chicken breasts I ordered were undercooked (some of the breading was grayish to brown...used to work at KFC so I cantell). Other than that it was fine. Read more
Horrible customer service. We ordered chicken tenders and got breading only. Also, there was no ice in our drink and tasted... really bad. Called the store to tell them about it. The lady said that they were out of ice because of renovation. I get ithowever it would have been nice to inform us ahead of time when we were ordering. She also said that we could go back to gettenders so we did. The lady at the window looked upset when I asked to replace our drinks with a different one as they tastedbad. She never said hello or goodbye either. Read more
