I had the worst experience today at LaSpadas. After incorrectly making my order for a coworker (gave me tuna instead of... chicken), I was told to return tor a refund. When I returned, the manager provided the worst customer service possible. Not onlydid I have to go out of my way to return for a refund, but the manager was rude, dismissive, and just overall ridiculous when Ireturned. I was actually shocked to find out the person being so unprofessional was the manager. Don?t know what has happen to this place but it has gone down hill. The last couple times we have ordered food from them it... hasn?t been good at all. We usually get Cheese Steak Subs & fries. The meat filling is way over cooked, dry with no flavor & thecheese is so sparingly that it melts up to nothing. The fries are under cooked & this last time the sweet potato fries tasted ofcleaning chemical. They have lost our business do to paying for poor quality food. Read more

Always loved LaSpadas but they really need to clean the place up inside and out. Still good food but to much pepper. The only... thing I don't like is he the cook has a tin with already cooked steak. Went Sunday and they said open till 6 but at 5:30 closewith a guy sitting in there, he would not look at me. He keep his back to me. Read more

The food here is always good. I always went to the Orlando location because it was near my old job and it was my office's... favorite lunchtime spot. This location didn't disappoint either. Their sandwiches are great and they don't skimp on the fillingand all portion sizes are great. Definitely worth checking this place out Read more
