I would give zero stars if possible. For the third time, the person ringing up the order in the drive thru managed to upsell... something on my ticket without my knowledge. We asked for a medium meal, with a medium drink, but it was rung up as a largedrink for an additional $.30. I don't care about the $.30, but now that I've noticed it 3 times in different forms, I will bepaying more attention to my receipt before leaving and will be getting my money back. BEWARE IF YOU GO HERE AND CHECK YOURRECEIPT FOR ANYTHING RUNG UP FOR A HIGHER AMOUNT THAN YOU ORDERED. If they're doing it to me, they're likely doing to iteveryone they can!!! Also, this McDonald's is the slowest I've been to and the employees care more about socializing andgoofing off than attending to the few people in the drive thru! Get it together!!! Read more
I am so sorry to give a star at all because this McDonald's is Utterly slow and it doesn't make any sense. When you have... drivers picking up orders for Uber Eats or Doordash it is unacceptable to be waiting 30 minutes for chicken nuggets andcookies.. completely unacceptable!!. I literally had to walk inside although "the lobby was closed" to grab the bag that wasprobably sitting there for 15 minutes. If McDonald employees value their jobs they need to pay more attention to theircustomers especially those that are waiting for their food. Read more

This location is terrible. The employees have a really bad attitude, they're extremely slow, and they act like they are doing... you a favor by waiting on you. The line is always long and they take forever to even take your order. Honestly there is notanother location that is anywhere neacomparable to this awful level of service that I have visited in recent years. Everyoneneeds to be fired, starting with whomever is hiring these people. From now on I'll stick with Dunkin Donuts down the road. Read more
This McDonald's has one of the most disgusting bathrooms I have ever been in. Avoid the bathroom toilets were clogged, it was... very dirty, and no paper towels. When we got our food it was fresh which after going in the bathroom I was surprised. The diningarea was pretty dirty as well with no napkins in the drink stations. Read more
I wouldn?t even give them one star but since I had to choose a number one was it. You could literally say the letters for your... mobile order 30 times and phonetically and they will still pick total opposite letters of the alphabet and act like it?s yourfault when they cannot find your mobile order. I swear to God, whoever is doing the hiring at this location only chooses peoplewho blink, and take one breath a minute, because all of these people who are working there have lost all of their brain cellsand are running on Crisco oil. They are the most incompetent people I?ve ever come across, the drive-through is slow, the foodis always cold and their attitudes are awful. Nothing will ever change at this location unless the whole place is fired and newmanagement workers are hired. Avoid this location at all cost! Read more
