I've been 3 times in the last 5 weeks to this location and every single time my order has been wrong. It also seems they are... giving less and less meat on burritos and the quesadilla has very little of anything on it. For the money, you're better offgoing to an actual Mexican restaurant, because this location is a complete waste of money. I will NOT be going here again. Read more

About a month ago I made a 1 star review because I came in several times and this restaurant was very unclean and the food we... got was very sloppy as well as a small handful of chips. This weekend I decided to go back and try it again (even though mykids were begging me to go to another location) but I am glad because I got to see the great changes that were made! I couldn'tbelieve how clean it was and the manager in charge was very impressive. I'm so glad because my family loves Moe's and I will beputting Moe's/Orange City back in our rotation when we get take out! Read more

Asked for tofu on half and steak on the other half. Dude put steak all over it. Paused realizing his mistake and just kept... going. When we Moved on I told my partner not to worry about splitting it because I have to get back in line. I don?t think itwas matter of being unclear. My spouse gave the same instructions to the next staff member and she understood what corn on halfmeant. I told her not to worry about it and told her I had to get back in line and why. Employees were friendly, steak was tough, some pieces overcooked. Portions were very small, bowl was barely half full when they... were done. Wish my order had looked like pictures others have posted. Customer comes in carrying a puppy, employees aregathering around to see it and pet it then right back to work without any sign of hands being washed. I am not usually on that side of town but happened to pop in the card room last night. Moe?s is not usually one of my ?go to?... places because of the amount of choices in my area. My spouse and I popped by last night around 7:30pm and had the opportunityto be greeted, served and impressed by the Friday night crew. They were a well oiled machine in regards to getting out the foodand working together. Every single encounter from the two young men handling the food to the blonde (I know there were actually3 there) that was at the cash register were very pleasant. It was also closing time (I remember those days) and they treatedall the customers well even when it was 8:30pm. I found the manager's card above the salsa bar and on my way out I asked one ofthe young men if this was the person to write. At that moment he asked ?was there anything I can do or help with?, that shows atrue sense of maturity. The food was good. I had a salad and my spouse had the bowl. This is fast food not gourmet but it hitthe spot and I will tell you the customer service will keep me coming back when over in Orange City. It looks like a lot of thebad reviews are people that use third party delivery, etc. Sitting there watching the process, they seemed to be on it inregards to putting out the food. My husband and I went in like 30 mins before closing... super hungry. I didn't even realize they were actually closing up until... I got to the register. The service I got was great. There were no attitudes or rolling of the eye. Even tho I'm sure everyonewas mentally clocked out. Thank you for just being nice and great customer service. It didn't go unnoticed Read more

Went there for dinner, and since it was take out, ready with the thermal bags. No one was wearing a mask, despite the increased... COVID cases, however finished the food purchase. Arrived at home (8 minutes away) to a nightmare of cold stale food, tasteless,and overall terrible. We had to literally deconstruct the burrito and bowl to get to something barely edible (Check the pic).But the worst was to come. We called to make the complain to the shift manager, his name? Well he vehemently refused to say it,citing his right not to do so. Is that Moe's rule? Then the same manager insinuated he did not believe, yes you read that right,believe that what I said was accurate making it as it is our fault for driving away with food, and offending by insinuating weare liars. Wow folks, what a way to treat a customer. To boot when I asked for his name again, and advised of escalating hesimply answered in a boastful tone that they do not have a Corporate, but a General Manager that will back him up no matterwhat. Sadly after reading other reviews of similar problems with closing shift manager it seems this is the case. No care forthe paying customer, in this economic climate that every penny counts, and with better options around like Tijuana Flats who goout of their way to make it a wonderful experience, and only a minute away!.
