1 + 1 = 2, but the staff and the management at this particular location are not able to count, nor understand this basic... concept. They still haven't learned this complex mathematical formula after three weeks of supposed training. Don't order thedouble order of breadsticks, because you will be lacking something when the order arrives. If you don't believe me, try it! Iwas told over the phone that they are having trouble training employees, but frankly that excuse sounds suspect. Some scamsdon't steal thousands of dollars from one, but less from thousands which make themselves richer at the expense of theircustomers. Read more
Pizza Huts New Melts are bleck! I tried the Buffalo Chicken and the Pepperoni. I didn't care for either. Crust too crackery,... filling sparse, they cool off too quickly and taste even worse. I don't recommend them. Read more
We have always ordered our pizza from here, but for the last several months there has been a decrease in the quality of our... orders as far as the cheese is concerned. We don't expect our orders to be super cheesy since we don't choose the extra cheeseoption, but we expect enough cheese to cover all the tomato sauce up to the outside crust. The quantity and quality of othertoppings has always been good. Overall, we love the flavor and the prices. Just fix the cheese, please! Read more
We love pizza Hut!!! They have the best stuffed crust pizza!!! And I want to give a special thanks to all of the ... delivery drivers! When we realize that our family and friends are enjoying a pizza that is not only prepared for us. Butit is also delivered to us by someone's child/ loved one. I order here and pick it up at least once or twice a month. I dislike that I can't have it delivered. They deliver to one half... of the neighborhood but not the other. My order is always right and done when I get there. The woman at the pickup window isalways nice. I will say that I felt like I was cheated out of pepperoni on my Detroit style pizza but that won't stop me fromgoing back. Read more
Good food, but horrible customer service! I ordered through the Pizza Hut app which directed me to use the drive-thru to pick up... my order. I pulled up to the window, rang the bell on the window, and waited... and waited... and waited. After 5 minutes anemployee from the back walked past the window, looked at me, and walked off without even acknowledging me. After waiting a fewmore minutes at the drive-thru window without even being acknowledged, I parked, and went inside the store to pickup my order.While standing at the counter, another employee walked out, saw me standing there, and went straight back in to the kitchenwithout even acknowledging me. By this time there was another customer sitting at the drive-thru window, also being ignored bythe Pizza Hut employees. If I hadn't already pre-paid for my order, I would have just left. This store is the worst one in the area. I wouldn't eat there again if someone paid me. My personal pan pizza was burnt and... smelled like the dough was old. It was dry and, the pepperoni was so oily and greasy that I didn't even want to eat it. I wouldhave gone back and complained but to be honest I didn't want to risk being offered an in store credit. I was delighted by the recent customer service experience I just had with the Oramge City Pizza Hut. I arrived 3 hours late to... pickup my carry out order and the manager of this store had her staff make a fresh new order for me! When I told her she didn'thave to do that she said she would not feel right to have a customer leave the store without having fresh food. I feel that thisis an exemplary example of delighting one of your customers as she showed appreciation of my loyalty and even was willing totake a minor product loss for it. Thank you! Read more
