The last 2 times we have gone here we got 5 large Cherry Lime Aids and they were gross. They didn't make them right at all. To... make it worse we waited a long time in the drive through to get them. The sad thing was both time I was home before I tried mydrink and I was not able to drive back to have them fixed. I will not be going back there. It's a waste of time and money. Read more
The last few visits I had at this Sonic I was very dissatisfied with the food. The chicken was over cooked, the sandwiches were... dry and the fries and tater toys taste like old grease. When you go to a fast food establishment, you're going for the food andthe service, but mostly the food. So, if the food isn't matching the service or vice versa, can you truly be satisfied? Writing this review not for the location, or restaurant, but for a specific crew member. Amelia is here every time I visit. She... is always so kind, and I know how hard working in fast food can be. Quick and yummy as always. This location is will have you in a jiffy. Steak n shake wasn?t our first option , BUT too bad so sad... other place did not accept Apple Pay. So Steak ?n Shake was the winner, and honestly I am SOO glad, bc biting into their juicyburgers makes my heart happy like no other ???? ???? Went for the shark week slush, was disappointed that they had ran out of shark gummies, but ordered the #1 cheeseburger with... onion rings and my bf ordered the bacon cheeseburger with chili cheese tater tots. Everything was perfect and came out quickly,they took our order quickly even though it seemed a little busy. Overall good experience and the only negative was the missinggummy sharks. Read more
Every time I go to this Sonic or order through Uber, DoorDash etc, my order is trash. Paid extra for bacon on an already $8... burger and asked for no pickles. I got pickles and no bacon. And I don?t recommend the popcorn chicken to anyone. It?s like theydumped the crumbs from the chicken tender bag into the fryer. No meat whatsoever. It?s not even worth complaining to them asit?s always the same. Steer clear. *Ive wasted enough time trying to get what I?ve paid for already, sometimes you pay to learna lesson. Lesson learned. Okay....place was clean....car parked next to me was lying in her front seat she may have been an employee because everyone kept... coming up asking her everything was okay I never seen her order anything it was a little weird made me feel unnerved. But forthe food I ordered a single burger cheeseburger and tater tots with cheese you'll see in the pictures hardly any cheese on mytater tots I even took a close up no cheese couldn't find a fork till I went and found one and then I found it in the side ofthe bag why they would do that as beside me and the straw that gave me for my milkshake I could not let my four year oldgranddaughter use because it was too big for her mouth unsure if they think they're serving Godzilla but they could have made akid friendly at least besides that it was okay.
