Before sharing my own experience with this location, I read through other recent reviews and I'm not surprised at the reviews... that include "poor customer service". I have lived in this area most of my life and when this location was built, it was theone we frequented. ALOT. We were always treated well and enjoyed coming in to see servers that loved their jobs. But that islong gone. This will be the last time I ever eat at this location again, I should've stayed close to my house and ate at mylocation that knows how to treat customers with southern hospitality. My family of 6 visited your establishment on Sunday08/28/22 and I already spoke to a "manager" and contacted your corporate page and left a review with my contact information forsomeone to reach out to me. When guests are spending their hard earned money in your restaurant, they should be treated withrespect when asking for condiments or requests, not with attitude or my table being ignored. Especially when I asked to speakwith the manager (whom I had already seen at another table) and our server brings out a kitchen staff to handle the issue. Andhe never did a thing! He DID nothing!! It's not like I can get up and walk to your kitchen and get those items for myself.Sorry Sonny's Orange City, you didn't hit the mark. Read more
Great food great service and a very great price. My wife and I had a day at the springs and was starving afterwards. They were... very accommodating and even gave us free corn bread till the appetizers came out. The sampler platter was awsome and filling andleft happy and full. Read more
Sadly the worst experience TWICE. I didn't write a review the first time and gave them another shot but... here we are. First... visit we tried sitting inside. The waitress tried touching my child, physically giving him his drink and other items we hadobviously pulled out of his reach. She also cut his straw with her razor or knife she had on her which, honestly, how cleancould it have been?! We walked out before ordering. Today we ordered to go. $69 of food. Brisket was so dry it crumbled to bitstrying to pick it up and the $6 fried pickles were tossed into a parchment bag and balled up. 13 slices of pickles, balled up,for $6. The lid for my Mac and cheese was crushed in. I found small bits of plastic in the Mac and cheese from it. We will notbe going back or ordering again from this location and probably not any location. Definitely left a sour taste in our mouths.Also, we were charged 5 times! That's to be figured out with our bank I guess... just go somewhere else. Read more

Always enjoy my Sonny’s. Sliced pork and fries… extra extra crispy… Pork has always been hot and juicy. Especially in... the am. Fries come out just as I like them. Today was no exception. Never have been disappointed with this location and now…I need a nap. Read more

I was looking for a salad bar and thought of Sonny’s. When we arrived at 6pm, the first thing we saw was the clean outline on... the floor where the salad bar used to be. We knew what we wanted to order so as soon as our server came for the drink order, weplaced our order. We also order a dinner to go for my wife. I ordered a salad and it came right out with our drinks. The saladwas a generous side for a side salad. It had iceberg and romaine lettuce, cheddar cheese, dice tomatoes and diced cucumbers. Ifinished the salad and my daughter said she wished she had ordered the salad too. We waited another 30 minutes then I started towrite my review. It was now 7:00 and our food still had not arrived. Our server let us know her other table before us was on a45 minute wait. 7:05 still no food, we were considering and type of fast food at this point. Finally 7:07 our order came out. Iordered the pulled chicken dinner with macaroni and cheese. It came on a large plater making the small portion appear verysmall. The pulled chicken was moist but not hot, room temperature. The macaroni and cheese was also cold on the surface butsteaming inside. Our server came back to check on us and was upset our food was cold after we wait so long. She brought outanother portion of pulled chicken. Our server was great and so I add another star to my review. I will comeback and give themanother chance. Read more
Walked in , took awhile to be greeted (even tho five kids were at the podium talking) got my food finally , they had forgot some... things, no big deal hadn’t left yet, finally got home, I understand the beef brisket is supposed to have fat, however I wasserved ALL fat. . Couldn’t even eat it , it was terrible . My sweet potato was good ( but that was about it) I tried to calland I was treated like I was stupid for not knowing it would have fat in it.
